Aveiro and Costa Nova Day Trip + Boat Trip

On this day trip to Aveiro & Costa Nova, we'll explore the coastal town known as the "Venice of Portugal" and visit one of the best beaches in Portugal.

Day Trip Details

We will meet at Sao Bento station at the designated time, then board a bus heading south to Aveiro.

After a 45-minute ride, we'll arrive in Aveiro for a short walk through the historic center. You may want to try the local sweet pastry, "Ovos Moles", which consists of egg yolk and sugar in rice paper cases shaped like shells or fish.

Next, we'll enjoy a 45-minute ride on a traditional "Moliceiros" boat, akin to Venetian gondolas, to enhance your day experience.

We will proceed to Costa Nova, one of the best beaches in Portugal, favored for water sports. We will take time to admire the scenery and photograph the brightly painted houses.

Finally, we'll return to Porto to conclude the tour at Rua de Alexandre Herculano after 4 hours of sightseeing.
