Régua Day Cruise

Sail the river Douro and discover the capital of wine and vineyards with this Régua Day Cruise. The return to Porto will be by train, providing a different perspective of the landscapes.

Day Cruise Details

The cruise leaves from the Cais da Estiva dock, in Ribeira, Oporto, where breakfast will be served as we depart. The journey includes views of the Douro Valley, vineyards, and wineries. We will arrive at the Crestuma-Lever Dam, where a lock descends 14 meters. An audio guide is included to provide information about the sites visited.

Lunch will be served at midday, featuring traditional Portuguese dishes, along with water, soft drinks, and wine.

The tour continues to the Carrapatelo Dam, which features a 35-meter drop. We will reach Régua at 3:45 pm, allowing free time to explore its streets and local gastronomy.

After the visit, a bus will return participants to Luiz I Bridge in Vila Nova de Gaia, with a total duration of 10.5 hours.
