Régua Day Cruise

Sail the river Douro and discover the capital of wine and vineyards, with this Régua Day Cruise. To get the most out of the local landscapes, we'll return to Porto by train, offering a different perspective.

Day Cruise Details

The cruise leaves from the Cais da Estiva dock in Ribeira, Oporto. While departing from Porto, breakfast will be served.

During the cruise, you will pass through the Douro Valley, admiring the views of the vineyards and wineries. The route includes the Crestuma-Lever Dam, featuring a 14-metre drop. An audio guide is provided to give insights about the places visited.

At midday, lunch will be served, featuring traditional Portuguese dishes, with water, soft drinks, and wine included.

The cruise continues to the Carrapatelo Dam, which has a 35-metre drop, before arriving in Régua at 3:45 pm. You will have free time to explore the town and sample local gastronomy.

After the visit, a bus will return you, arriving at Luiz I Bridge in Vila Nova de Gaia after a total duration of 10.5 hours.
