Apóstoles + Santa Maria Jesuit Ruins

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Posadas to begin our tour through Misiones.

Our first stop is at Apóstoles, the capital of yerba mate in Argentina. We'll enjoy a panoramic tour through the city, passing by Casa del Monte (House of Mate) and St. Peter's and St. Paul's Churches.

Next, we'll head to the outskirts of Apóstoles to the Juan Szychowski Historical Museum. Here, you can tour the exhibit dedicated to yerba mate at your own pace. Then, we will proceed to Azara for a traditional lunch at La Granja de Don Casiano.

After lunch, we'll pass by the village of Tres Capones to visit the Manto Sagrado de Maria Church. The route continues to the small village of Concepción de la Sierra to admire the Jesuit mission of Concepción. The tour then proceeds to the ruins of Santa Maria la Mayor for a guided tour through the Jesuit settlement.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel in Posadas after a 12-hour cultural exploration.
