We will depart from the old bus terminal on Avenida Universitaria for our trip to the Uyuni Salt Flat. Upon arriving at the Uyuni bus station, we will visit the Uyuni Train Cemetery, home to Bolivia's first locomotives from the 19th century.

Next, we will proceed to Colchani, the gateway to the salt flat, where we will attend a demonstration of the extraction process and explore the salt eyes, orifices where underground water reaches boiling point.

The extracted salt is arranged in mounds for drying and transport. We will visit the Playa Blanca Hotel, made entirely of salt blocks, before potentially going to Fish Island, known for its unspoilt nature.

After touring the salt flat, we will enjoy a buffet lunch and have free time to take photos and watch the sunset over the Uyuni Salt Flat. Our return to the bus station in Uyuni will start the trip back to Potosí, with an arrival scheduled for midnight.
