At the indicated time, we'll meet at Localitá Cascina Ceresa to start a tour of this Pozzolengo winery. First, we'll walk through the vineyards, observing the grapes used for the Lake Garda Denomination of Origin wines.

We'll learn about the company's philosophy and the techniques used for cultivation, followed by a visit to the modern winery facilities to understand the grape-to-wine process.

Next, we will enter the old winery, constructed between the 14th and 15th centuries, where we will explore its history and enjoy a wine tasting pairing it with cold meats, bread, and Grana Padano cheese.

Finally, after an hour and a half of activity, we'll conclude the visit.
