Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, our team will collect you from your accommodation in Praia for a drive towards the west coast of Santiago Island. During the journey, we’ll pause briefly to capture images of the charming towns of São Domingos and Assomada.

Upon arrival, our bus will take you to Ribeira da Barca, where we will embark on a 30-minute boat ride, ideal for enjoying the sights from the water. Continuing along the coastline, we will make a stop at Achada Leite, a location renowned for its dramatic coastal rock formations, regarded as one of Cape Verde's seven wonders.

Next, we will head to Aguas Belas Beach, giving you 1 hour to swim in the Atlantic and explore the sea caves while snorkeling. After your aquatic adventure, a tasty barbecue lunch awaits you on the beach, featuring grilled meat or fish accompanied by fresh vegetables and rice.

Post-lunch, we will revisit Ribeira da Barca for a relaxed stroll, giving you the chance to soak in the village's picturesque views. Don't miss the chance to gaze at the cliffs where shades of green and ochre seamlessly merge with the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean.

Finally, we will return you to your Praia accommodation, with an estimated arrival time between 5 and 6 hours after the initial pickup.
