Experience the beauty of Providencia with a visit to Crab Cay, where you can enjoy pristine beaches lined with coconut palms and clear waters, ideal for snorkeling adventures!

Day Trip to Crab Cay

Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Providencia, followed by a boat ride to the Old Providence McBean Lagoon National Park. This stunning natural area covers 995 hectares (2,458 acres), with 905 hectares (2,263 acres) comprising the marine environment, and is widely recognized as one of the finest oceanic parks in the Western Hemisphere.

Upon arrival, we will make our way to Crab Cay, a charming island within the park boundaries. As we disembark, you will have the opportunity to walk through the island and observe the rich vegetation and wildlife. After enjoying the lush landscapes, it’s time to head to the beach for snorkeling. Put on your gear, and let's dive in!

Take your time to discover the underwater world, where you might encounter barracudas, hawksbill turtles, and snappers in their natural habitat. Swim alongside the dazzling coral reefs, teeming with colorful fish that populate the crystal-clear waters.

After approximately 7 hours of exploration and fun, we'll conclude our adventure and return to the original meeting point.
