Valle de Colina Hot Springs Trip

Relax in a therapeutic thermal bath in the rustic hot springs of Valle de Colina in Cajón del Maipo. Enjoy a pure oasis of tranquility and nature at the foot of the magnificent Andes mountain range.

Description

After collecting you from your hotel early in the morning, we'll leave Santiago and head toward Cajón del Maipo at the foot of the Andes mountain range.

We'll make a brief stop at San Jose de Maipo, a colonial town classed as a National Monument. Here, you'll have some free time for breakfast. The route continues until we reach the San Jose volcano viewpoint, where you'll enjoy views of the surrounding landscapes.

Next, we'll head to the Valle de Colina natural springs. You'll find thermal pools nestled among staggered terraces at the base of San Jose volcano. You can relax in one of the thermal pools, with temperatures ranging between 25ºC and 70ºC.

While enjoying this therapeutic experience for 3 hours, you'll admire the Andean landscapes and benefit from the curative properties of the hot springs, originating from magma from previous eruptions.

Following this experience, we'll make a stop for food, and our last stop of the day will be at the Casa del Chocolate, where you can buy products made from cocoa if desired.

It'll then be time to return to the city and drop you off back at your hotel.
