Valparaíso & Viña del Mar Day Trip

Don't miss exploring two of Chile's most important coastal cities on this day trip to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar from Santiago, including a visit to a vineyard in the Casablanca Valley.

Tour Details

After hotel pickup, you will leave Santiago and head northwest towards the coast. A stop will be made in the Casablanca Valley to appreciate the vineyard-covered landscapes.

The journey continues to Valparaíso, known as the cultural capital of Chile. You will visit Muelle Prat, a historic dock with colorful boats, and Plaza Sotomayor, exploring the old quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The next stop is the House-Museum of Pablo Neruda (La Sebastiana) followed by a visit to Paseo 21 de Mayo on Artillery Hill for panoramic views of the city and its surrounding hills.

Moving on to Viña del Mar, known for the international song festival at Quinta Vergara, you will see the Flower Clock. You will have one hour of free time for lunch. Lunch may be served in a spa or castle, both with sea views, depending on availability.

After exploring these notable locations, you will return to your hotel in Santiago approximately 10 to 12 hours after the pickup.
