For those eager to experience an authentic display of traditional Mexican culture, this exciting Lucha Libre wrestling event at Arena Puebla is a must-see.

Available Tours

While reserving your spot, you have the option to select between two distinct experiences. Both options commence in front of the Hotel Posada XVII, situated in Puebla's historic center, and incorporate entry to the Arena Puebla stadium. Below are the details for each tour:

Lucha Libre Tour + Ticket (4 Hours)

Your adventure starts at 7 pm, when we will gather and unveil the fascinating world of Mexican lucha libre. Our first stop is the Parian district, where you can explore vibrant craft markets and sample tantalizing Mexican snacks, including tacos and chalupas.

To immerse yourself in local traditions, we will visit the Santos Remedios bar, where you can enjoy a genuine cured 'pulque', famously known as the drink of the gods. Here, you'll learn about the rich history of Lucha Libre, how it originated, and its parallels to Greco-Roman wrestling. Should you wish, there’s an opportunity to pose for a photo in an authentic wrestling mask.

At 9 pm, we will then proceed into the grand Arena Puebla stadium to witness a match from either the VIP section or the general seating area. Established in 1953, this venue has hosted legendary bouts featuring icons like Cavernario Galingo and El Verdugo, pioneers of the wrestling scene. You'll get to share in the excitement of the crowd and feel the rush of acrobatic moves just inches away.

The experience wraps up by returning you to your hotel in Cholula by 11 pm.

Lucha Libre Tour + VIP Ticket (4 Hours)

This option follows the same pathway outlined earlier, but offers an exclusive viewing experience from the VIP section of the stadium. It’s the ultimate setting for enjoying the show!

Additionally, this choice includes a delightful tasting of chalupas, cemitas, and beer while you take in the match.

Seating Arrangements in Arena Puebla

VIP ticket holders will be seated in rings 1, 2, and 3, while general admission tickets will place you in the general ring or on the balcony. You may refer to the seating map of the Arena Puebla stadium through the link below:
