Española Island Day Trip

Immerse yourself in the fantastic nature and wildlife of Española Island on our day trip from San Cristóbal. You'll find yourself enthralled by this slice of paradise in the Galápagos Islands.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Avenida Islas Plaza on San Cristobal Island. Then, we'll take a boat to Española Island.

We'll enjoy a 1.5-hour trip along the waters of the Galapagos until we reach Punta Cevallos. During the navigation, keep your eyes peeled for whales, orcas , or dolphins.

Once at Punta Cevallos, we'll go down to the shore in a zodiac for a 30 to 40-minute walk, where we'll see iconic species of the Galápagos such as albatrosses, blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, and iguanas.

After the walk, we'll sail to Tortuga Islet, off the coast of Española Island. We will grab our snorkelling gear to explore the waters of the bay and swim alongside sea lions, Galápagos sharks, colourful fish, and marine iguanas.

Next, we head to Plaza Manzanillo, where we'll disembark for a picnic lunch on the shore. You'll also have free time to relax on the beach and meet the sea lions or the Galápagos hawk.

After enjoying Espana Island, we'll conclude the day trip at the meeting point on San Cristobal Island 9 hours later.
