Day Trip to Teide, Icod & Garachico

The beautiful towns of Masca, Garachico and Icod de los Vinos will leave an impression on this day trip which also includes the Teide National Park.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will depart from various meeting points in Puerto de la Cruz to Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007.

Explore this volcanic landscape and see the unique rock formations formed by lava from the Teide volcano, which stands at over 12,000 ft (3,718 metres), the highest summit in Spain.

We will continue through Santiago del Teide towards Masca, a town with legends related to pirates who allegedly hid treasures there. Next, we will visit Garachico, known for its volcanic natural pools and typical Canary architecture.

You will have free time for lunch on your own or to try local Canarian food at recommended restaurants in the Ycoden Daute Isora area.

After lunch, we'll proceed to Icod de los Vinos to see the age-old dragon tree, which is a symbol of the island.

We will then return to the meeting points in Puerto de la Cruz.

Pickup

Pickup in Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Ursula will occur between 7:30 and 8:30 am. Please select your preferred meeting location when booking.

After your reservation, you'll receive an email with the exact time and pickup point. If you do not receive the voucher or need more information before the excursion, please reach out.

Other areas

This day trip leaves from Puerto de la Cruz. If you're in Candelaria, Las Caletillas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, La Orotava, or other northern tourist areas, you must get to Puerto de la Cruz for pickup.

If staying in El Médano, Callao-El Paraíso, Ten Bel, Los Gigantes, Golf del Sur, La Caleta, Las Américas, Los Cristianos, Chayofa, or any southern tourist areas, a similar tour departs from the south of the island.
