Teide Cable Car + Hike Experience

After picking you up by bus from one of the different meeting points at the scheduled time, we'll set off for Teide National Park, where we'll find the cable car.

The journey in the cable car cabins will take us approximately 10 minutes, climbing over 1000 metres until we reach the top station located at 3555 metres above sea level.

We'll start walking along the Telesforo Bravo hiking route that leads to the top of the volcano. An official permit is required for this hike, but this tour includes the necessary paperwork.

We'll walk for over half a kilometre, experiencing the environment and views. After 40 minutes of walking, we will reach the base of Teide, with visibility of the nearest islands: La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma and Gran Canaria if the day is clear.

The return journey to the cable car will commence, followed by a ride back to the base station. The total duration of the tour is approximately 6 hours.

Ascent to the Peak

The confirmation of this reservation is not immediate due to the necessity of a special permit from the national park to climb the peak of Mount Teide. Once we have processed your reservation, we will confirm the authorization. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, you can contact us for an update.

Important Info

Individuals with cardiovascular issues, pregnant women, and those with reduced mobility cannot use the cable car. Entry restrictions apply; only sports or hiking footwear is allowed. Sandals, backless shoes, heeled shoes, or smooth-soled footwear are prohibited.

Schedules and Pickup Points

Pickup times are generally between 6:55 and 9:25 am. We will contact you before the excursion with the exact time, which may vary slightly. Please select a pickup point in the northern part of Tenerife when making your reservation.
