Food & Wine Tour Details
Get ready for a food tour of Tenerife's famous guachinches! We'll pick you up at your hotel and start with a visit to the Casa del Vino in El Sauzal, featuring a museum, wine cellar, and restaurant in a 17th-century Canarian hacienda.
At the Casa del Vino, enjoy three Tenerife wines—red, rosé, and white—guiding you through each one’s aroma and texture, along with insights on the island's winemaking heritage. A selection of local cheeses will complement the wine-tasting experience.
Next, we will visit the Bodegas Monje winery, established in 1750, where you'll explore its facilities and enjoy three glasses of your choice of the youngest wines paired with three snacks.
We will then head to the traditional guachinche, where the menu includes grilled cheese with mojo sauce, escaldón, papas arrugadas with mojo sauce, huevos al estampido, and ropa vieja, all served with wines.
Finally, we will return to the starting point. The tour of the guachinches, including return transfer to hotels, will take between 6 and 19 hours, depending on your hotel location.
