Puerto Iguazu & Salta: 6-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Puerto Iguazu

Your adventure commences as we greet you at the airport or bus station in Puerto Iguazu and escort you to your hotel, where you can unwind and prepare for the days ahead.

Day 2: Iguazu Falls (Argentinian Side)

The excitement begins! Following a delightful breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up for a day at Iguazu Falls. Traverse the scenic footbridges that lead to this natural wonder, culminating at the breathtaking viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo, known as the Devil's Throat.

Later, around 5 pm, we will return you to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu, where you can relive the stunning moments captured in your photographs.

Day 3: Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side)

Today, we will cross over to Brazil to explore the waterfalls from a fresh vantage point. Starting with a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, we'll set off to discover the walkways around Iguazu Falls, offering spectacular views of more than 275 individual waterfalls!

As the day wraps up, we will head back to the hotel to recharge and reflect on the day's experiences.

Day 4: From Puerto Iguazu to Salta

After a full breakfast, our team will assist you with your transfer to the airport or bus station, depending on your travel arrangements. Please note that the flight or bus journey to Salta will be at your own cost. Upon arrival in Salta, we will greet you and escort you to your next hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy freely.

Day 5: Exploring Salta

We will enjoy a delightful breakfast at the hotel in Salta before embarking on a 70 km journey to explore the city and its surroundings. Established in 1582, Salta showcases splendid colonial architecture. Our tour includes visits to the Plaza del 9 de Julio, the San Bernardo Convent, the Cathedral, and the San Francisco Church, famed for its towering spire of over 50 meters!

Next, we’ll ascend Cerro San Bernardo, where the Monument to General Martín Miguel de Güemes is located, offering breathtaking views of the landscape.

Before returning to the hotel, we will make a stop at the Artisanal Market for some local treasures.

Day 6: Departure from Salta

As the tour concludes, we'll enjoy a hearty breakfast after which we will transport you to the airport or bus station in Salta, marking the end of your memorable six-day journey.

The specified price is per person sharing a double room. In hostels, a dormitory bed will be provided in either 6 or 8 bed accommodations.
