If you want to learn how to produce rich mouthwatering cheese & yoghurt and other natural ingredients, this workshop in Puerto Inca is just for you!

Cheese & Yoghurt Workshop in Puerto Inca

We'll begin our trip by meeting at 8 am at the Hospedaje Los Incas to start this gastronomic experience.

First, we'll head to a family dairy in Puerto Inca where the cows for milk are kept. Upon arrival, we'll have an introduction on cow care and milking methods.

After the milking activity, we'll take a break for lunch. Soon after, we'll attend a master class on preserving milk and its derivatives to prepare cheese and yoghurt in the traditional way, using non-packaged crops, additives, and chemicals.

After packaging the dairy products, we'll wait for them to harden before taking the fresh cheese with us. We'll also learn how to make a delicious cured cheese and cottage cheese with the leftover whey, which you can make at home!

At 6 pm, we'll conclude the workshop.
