Cerro Avanzado Sunset Trip

Explore beautiful eastern Patagonian at dusk during this night trip to Cerro Avanzado. Along the walk, you'll encounter rock formations, fossils, and wild animals.

Pickup will be from your accommodation in Puerto Madryn as the sun begins to set. You will board a 4x4 vehicle to cross the dunes of Punta Loma and Paraná beach, with a stop to admire the remains of El Folías, a sunken fishing boat.

After a half-hour drive, we will arrive at Cerro Avanzado Hill, which is over 91 meters (300 feet) high. Under the dusk light, we will explore this rocky outcrop using binoculars and a torch.

During the exploration, you can trace fox and guanaco footprints while the guide explains the origins of this geological formation, including fossil remains.

After the walk, enjoy a glass of wine and an aperitif in the tranquil Patagonian wilderness while admiring the sunset sky. This scene is memorable.

Finally, we will return to Puerto Madryn and accompany you back to your hotel, concluding the trip approximately 2 hours later.
