Your adventure begins with a pickup from the Puerto Madryn port as we set our sights on Punta Tombo. Following a scenic drive of approximately 100 miles, we will reach this vast natural reserve, recognized for hosting the largest colony of penguins in Argentina.

Upon arrival, we will embark on a delightful trek along the designated nature trail within the reserve. As we proceed, you will witness the captivating sight of penguins navigating through the foliage and tending to their chicks. It’s essential to be quiet to avoid disturbing those that are resting!

A highlight of our excursion will be a pause at one of the premier viewpoints, where you can observe penguins frolicking in and out of the sea. As we journey through Punta Tombo, you'll delve deeper into the fascinating lives of these incredible birds. In the summer months, the reserve is home to over a million penguins.

In addition to the penguin spectacle, keep an eye out for the stunning Guanacos, Piche 'dwarf' armadillos, and foxes, all indigenous to this area.

Following our exploration, we will visit a local inn, where you will have some time free to enjoy lunch at your leisure. Refreshed and rejuvenated, we will then begin our journey back to Puerto Madryn, ensuring we return to the port in time for your cruise departure.
