Hiking in the Alerce Andino National Park
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Montt at 9.30 am and head south towards the Alerce Andino National Park.
After arriving, we'll embark on a hiking adventure through the Alerce Andino National Park, a protected natural area.
We will discover a wide variety of botanical species such as hazelnut trees, myrtles, coihues, and ulmos while enjoying the sounds of endemic birds.
This trail is approximately 4 kilometers long, allowing us to appreciate the landscapes around the river. The tour includes a visit to the Saltos del Chaica, impressive waterfalls where you will have an hour of free time to swim and picnic.
Afterwards, we will climb the last 100 meters to see the thousand-year-old larch tree, which stands at 75 meters high. We will then return to the starting point.
We will finish the activity at 4 pm and drop you back off at your hotel in Puerto Montt.
