The Patagonian nature of the Chilean region of Los Lagos captivates visitors from the moment they arrive. On this day trip from Puerto Montt, we'll see the beauty of its landscapes & visit the hot springs of Termas del Sol.

Day Trip Details

At 7:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Montt to embark on an excursion through the Chilean Lake District.

The tour begins in Ralún, near the mouth of the Petrohué River. We will take a scenic route through the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, located in the foothills of the Andes. This area features lush endemic forests.

Next, we will visit Cochamó, surrounded by the Valdivian rainforest. We will proceed to Puelo to explore the Termas del Sol, a prominent thalassotherapy center in the Los Lagos region.

You'll have three hours of free time at the thermal center, which features outdoor pools with temperatures ranging from 36 to 45 degrees Celsius (96 to 113 degrees Fahrenheit). This water flows from a thermal spring that reaches 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). After enjoying the springs, dining options are available at the resort's restaurant.

We will return to your hotel in Puerto Montt, arriving at 5:30 pm.

Pickup Info

This activity includes pickup from hotels in central Puerto Montt (not apartments). For those staying in more remote locations, meet at the Ibis Hotel (Diego Portales 1001, 5480000 Puerto Montt, Los Lagos).

This activity is not available for cruise passengers due to the inability to arrange pickup at the port.
