In this introduction to scuba diving in Puerto Morelos, we will explore the coral reefs and the marine life of the Caribbean Sea. Learn to move like a fish underwater!

Scuba Diving Introduction

At the scheduled time, we will meet at The Fives Oceanfront in Puerto Morelos and begin our theory lesson. During this lesson, you will learn the necessary techniques and basic concepts for underwater activities.

Next, we will drive to a pool for our first dive in confined waters, where we will practice the skills learned and become comfortable navigating underwater.

Afterwards, we will head to the coast to board a boat that will take us to the location of our open water dive. Depending on the day, we will anchor at one of the areas with unspoilt coral reefs.

During the dive, we will explore the rich underwater ecosystem of the Mexican Caribbean, where we may see sailfish, turtles, starfish, and possibly manta rays.

Finally, we will return to the starting point and conclude our activity at 1 pm.
