Cola de Pato Canyoning Activity

At 8 am we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Plata or Plaza Popular in Cabarete and then head to the Cola de Pato canyon. After around 1 hour 30 minutes, we will arrive at our destination and start our canyoning activity.

We will enter the turquoise blue pools nestled between rocks and dense vegetation, and jump into the water from waterfalls such as La Paja or Las Palomas. At 12 noon, we will have a break with a snack of cheese and rodado (a Dominican biscuit).

Our activity will then continue towards the gorges in Cola de Pato, where we will find natural water slides. At 1 pm, we will have a traditional lunch consisting of beans and rice.

We will then finish our activity and return to the starting point, where we will arrive at 5 pm.
