Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Plata. From here, we'll take a minibus to the town of Muñoz.

After a brief introduction to safety rules and gearing up, we'll start the buggy tour through the northern jungle. The first stop will be at a farm in Bulula for a quick countryside coffee.

We will continue through a landscape with palm and mahogany trees, farmlands, and seaside views. The area was historically used as a refuge by the Pirates of the Caribbean.

Next, we'll stop at Bergantín Beach for a 30-minute free time to enjoy the water. Afterward, we'll return to Muñoz, reaching your hotel in Puerto Plata approximately 2.5 hours after pickup.

Activity Requirements

Some buggies can hold 4 people: a pilot and 3 passengers, who can take turns driving if they meet the requirements. You can also select buggies for 1, 2, or 3 people. Prices are per person, not per vehicle.

To drive the buggy, you must be over 18 years old and have a driver's license.
