The exquisite landscapes of the Chilean region of Los Lagos are truly captivating. This journey to Cochamó & Termas del Sol offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying a rejuvenating outdoor bath amid Patagonia's breathtaking scenery.

Cochamó & Termas del Sol Excursion

At the scheduled time, we will set off from Puerto Varas, following the picturesque Route 225. This route, nestled at the foot of the Andes, runs alongside Lake Llanquihue and skirts the scenic Reloncaví estuary.

Continuing on, we will travel alongside the mouth of the Petrohué River before heading towards Puelo. Located just outside of this quaint town is Termas del Sol, a premier thalassotherapy hub in the Los Lagos region.

You will have 4 hours of leisure at Termas del Sol, where you can explore 10 thermal pools. With temperatures ranging from 36 to 45 degrees Celsius (96 to 113 Fahrenheit), these pools facilitate the removal of skin impurities. The thermal contrast provides a natural exfoliation process and significantly enhances circulation.

You are welcome to have lunch at the thermal facility at your convenience, after which we will proceed to examine the town of Cochamó. This picturesque location, positioned along the shores of the Reloncaví Fjord, is known for its traditional wooden houses and a church that boasts Chiloé-style architecture. A stroll along the Paseo de la Costanera offers a chance to enjoy stunning vistas.

Ultimately, we will make our way back to Puerto Varas, bringing our total journey to approximately 10 hours.
