Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt Tour

After hotel pickup, we will begin a guided tour of Puerto Varas. The influence of German immigrants is reflected in the architecture, including the Church of the Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, a wooden temple inspired by the churches of Baden-Württemberg.

After exploring the historic center, we will walk along Lake Llanquihue and, weather permitting, enjoy a view of the Osorno Volcano.

Next, we will head to Puerto Montt, the capital of the Los Lagos region, named after a Chilean president. We will enjoy a view from a viewpoint and then visit the city center to explore its oldest area and the government buildings around Plaza de Armas. The tour continues along Avenida Costanera, offering views of the bay.

In Puerto Montt, we will also visit the Angelmó market, known for its seafood, fish, and handicrafts. During this part of the visit, we will explore the craft shops and learn about the maritime traditions of the area.

The tour lasts approximately four hours before returning you to your hotel.

If you are staying in other areas, alternative meeting points will be arranged. This activity is not available for cruise passengers as port pickup is not possible.
