On this tour to the Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle, you'll visit two significant landmarks in Slovenia.

Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Tour

Pick-up from your hotel in Pula will be at 9 am. We will travel past the border to Slovenia, heading to the Postojna Cave, recognized as the most visited karst cave in Europe.

As we enter the cave, you will see various rock formations, including stalagmites reaching 5 meters in height. We will use a little train to access sections of the cave that are not accessible on foot. During this ride, we will observe features such as Murano glass chandeliers and the ballroom, as well as encounter olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.

Our next destination will be Predjama Castle, a fortress located on a cliff. We will examine the castle's exterior before entering to explore its different rooms and hear stories, including the legend of Erasmus of Predjama, referred to as the Slovenian Robin Hood.

We will return to Pula and drop you off at your hotel around 4 pm, concluding the tour.
