Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Tour
This tour includes a visit to the Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle in Slovenia. Pickup is at 9 am from your hotel in Pula, followed by a drive to Postojna Cave, known as the most famous karst cave in Europe. Upon entering the cave, you will observe remarkable rock formations, including 5-meter long stalagmites.
The exploration continues with a ride on a train that takes visitors to areas not accessible on foot. During the train journey, you will see Murano glass chandeliers, a ballroom, and olms, referred to as 'dragon's offspring.'
Next, the tour proceeds to Predjama Castle, a fortress located on a cliff. After viewing the castle's exterior, you will enter and explore its various rooms while learning about significant stories, including that of Erasmus of Predjama, known as the Slovenian Robin Hood.
The tour concludes with a return to Pula, with drop-off at your hotel around 4 pm.
