On this tour to the Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle, you'll visit two important landmarks in Slovenia.
Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Pula at 9 am and drive to Slovenia to visit the Postojna Cave, the most visited karst cave in Europe. Inside, you will see remarkable rock formations, including stalagmites up to 5 meters long.
During the cave exploration, we will use a little train to access areas not reachable on foot, allowing us to admire the Murano glass chandeliers and the ballroom, as well as see olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.
Next, we will visit Predjama Castle, a fortress situated on a cliff. After viewing the castle's exterior, we will enter to explore different rooms while learning about its history and the legend of Erasmus of Predjama, known as the Slovenian Robin Hood.
Finally, we will return to Pula and drop you off at your hotel around 4 pm, concluding the tour.
