What to Expect:

The day begins at 8 am at Route RP28 in Los Gigantes, where you'll gear up for an invigorating 16 km (10-mile) hike. This trek will take you to altitudes reaching 2100 meters (6,890 feet) as we explore canyons, valleys, and gorges within the expansive Valle de los Lisos Reserve nestled in the heart of the Los Gigantes mountain range.

Your adventure starts in the scenic Anjo and Gabino valleys, leading you to discover three additional natural wonders: the enchanting Búho Ravine and the serene Guibra Valley. As we journey through these splendid sites, you'll learn about the area's unique wildlife and diverse plant species.

Next, we'll make our way to the stunning Cuchilla and Valle viewpoints, where panoramic vistas of Cordoba's stunning scenery await. After a short pause to enjoy your packed lunch, we will delve into the remarkable Lolu Valley underground river—a highlight of the hike!

To reach the riverbed, we will navigate through narrow rock formations, descending to impressive depths of up to 40 meters (130 feet). This part of the trek presents the greatest challenge, as the slope becomes steeper.

The day concludes around 6 pm when we return to the starting point, leaving you with unforgettable memories and captivating images of Cordoba's natural beauty.
