Upon booking, you can select from a number of available hiking routes in Los Gigantes. Each adventure starts at 8 am on Route RP28 in Los Gigantes and includes an English-speaking guide, pre-hike breakfast, essential safety equipment, a picnic lunch, and another snack at the end of the tour. Here's an overview of each option:

Trekking through Los Gigantes and the Underground River of the Lolu Valley:
16 km (10 miles) hike, moderate difficulty.Explores altitudes of up to 2100 m (6,890 feet).Includes the Underground River of the Lolu Valley.Minimum age: 12 years.

Trekking along Trail 16 of Los Lisos Valley + Canyoning:
19 to 21 km (12 - 13 miles) route, medium-high difficulty.Begins with an exploration of Los Gigantes through Trail 16.Includes canyoning activities.Minimum age: 14 years.

Trekking along Path 1 of the Valle de los Lisos + Canyoning and Boia Cross:
4 km (2.5 miles) route, suitable for families and beginners.Includes canyoning and Boia Cross.Minimum age: 8 years.

Trekking through the Los Gigantes Massif:
16 km (10 miles) route, ideal for birdwatching.Traverses the corridors of Anjo, Mocho, and Jano.Minimum age: 12 years.

Trekking and Caving at La Bestia River:
12 km (7.5 miles) trek, medium-high difficulty.Includes caving in the underground river La Bestia.Minimum age: 18 years.

Trekking and Caving in the Toro Gorge:
14 km (8.7 miles) trek, medium-high difficulty.Features caving that leads to the world's second-largest underground waterfall, El Toro.Minimum age: 18 years.
