2-Day Trip to Aymara and Juli

Come with us to discover temples, churches, and beautiful views of Puno on this 2-day tour of Aymara and Juli. This immersive experience in the Andean highlands is full of magic and ancient history.

Tour Details

Day 1: Puno - Aymara

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puno to begin this adventure. Our first stop is Inca Uyo, the Temple of Fertility, where you'll see phallic sculptures. Next, we visit the Mollo Archeological Complex, a Pre-Incan settlement of the Lupaca people, followed by an exploration of Andean Waru Warus, ancient agricultural techniques.

We will then proceed to Aramu Muru, known as the 'Gate of the Gods', an altar carved from rock. Lunch will be at a restaurant in Juli, allowing you to select dishes from the menu. In the afternoon, enjoy free time on the shore of Lake Titicaca with optional activities like kayaking, quad biking, zip-lining, or a sailboat ride.

The day concludes at a hostel in Juli for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Juli - Puno

After breakfast, we explore Juli's churches and museums. Our first visit is the Óscar Velasco Mesas Museum, followed by the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, the San Juan de Letrán Church, and San Pedro Cathedral. We also visit the Church of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem.

An optional coca leaf reading on San Bartolomé Hill with a Yatiri is available. Around 2 pm, we'll return to Puno, concluding the tour at your hotel.
