2-Day Trip to Aymara and Juli

Come with us to discover temples, churches, and beautiful views of Puno on this 2-day tour of Aymara and Juli.

Tour Details

Day 1: Puno - Aymara

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Puno to begin this adventure.

Our first stop will be Inca Uyo, known as the Temple of Fertility, featuring phallic sculptures. We'll then visit the Mollo Archeological Complex, an ancient settlement of the Lupaca people. Following this, we'll explore Andean Waru Warus, agricultural techniques for flood-prone areas.

Next, we'll go to Aramu Muru, the 'Gate of the Gods', an altar carved from a single rock. For lunch, we’ll dine at a restaurant in Juli, where you can order dishes from the menu. You'll have a free afternoon on the shore of Lake Titicaca, with options for kayaking, quad biking, zip-lining, or a sailboat ride.

We'll end the day at a hostel in Juli for the night.

Day 2: Juli - Puno

We’ll have breakfast in the hostel before exploring Juli's churches and museums. Our first stop will be the Óscar Velasco Mesas Museum, followed by the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption.

Continuing, we will visit the San Juan de Letrán Church and San Pedro Cathedral, as well as the Church of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem. Optionally, you can participate in a coca leaf reading on San Bartolomé Hill.

Around 2 pm, we'll return to Puno, concluding this 2-day tour at your hotel.
