Lake Titicaca Kayaking Experience

Explore the waters of Lake Titicaca as you kayak to the famous floating Uros Islands, offering an adventurous exploration of this area of Peru.

Activity Details

We’ll pick you up from your hotel at the designated time and proceed to the location where our kayaks are ready. After receiving instructions on safely enjoying kayaking and learning rowing techniques, we’ll embark on the world’s highest navigable lake, Lake Titicaca. Approximately one hour later, we’ll reach the floating Uros Islands, known for being hand-made from reeds by the Uru people.

Upon arrival at the Uros Islands, locals will welcome you, sharing insights about their lifestyle. After a brief exploration and learning about their culture and traditions, we’ll return to our kayaks and row back to the mainland.

At the conclusion of the experience, we'll drop you off at your hotel after approximately 4 hours.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels in the center of Puno. Guests staying elsewhere must arrive at Jiron Arequipa Street, close to the Plaza de Armas.
