Tour Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Puno at the indicated time, we'll head to the dock where the boat will be waiting. Discover the famous Uros Islands!

We'll board a traditional boat made of reeds designed by local indigenous communities. We'll explain how these boats are constructed while touring Lake Titicaca.

During the hour-long ride, we'll observe the area's endemic birds and the beautiful views until we reach the artificial islands of the Uros. These islands are made of the same material as the boats!

Upon arrival, we'll take a walking tour of these islands to learn about the locals' lifestyle, traditions, artisan work, and customs. An unforgettable experience!

After an hour and a half, we'll return to the boat and head back, dropping you at your hotel by 12:30 pm.

Pickup Info

This tour includes pickup from hotels located in the center of Puno. If your accommodation is in the outskirts, you must make your way to Calle Jirón Arequipa, near Plaza de Armas.

Please note that pickup is not available from the following locations: GHL Lago Titicaca, Casa Andina Premium, Sonesta Posada, Lake Titikaka Hotel-Xima, Pacha Confort, Mirador del Titikaka, Hotel Wisny, Jose Antonio Hotel, Taypikala Hotel, Pumakala Hotel, Atoja Chucuito Hotel, and any hotels on the Uros Islands.
