This tour offers a remarkable way to explore Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake. After hotel pickup in Puno, you will travel to the port and board a boat for a one-hour sailing experience. The lake's area is divided, with 60% in Peru and 40% in Bolivia. Enjoy the views as you approach the floating islands, constructed by the Uru people using layers of totora reeds, which they continuously add to. This unique lifestyle will be explained during your visit, and after exploring the islands, you will return to the port and be taken back to your hotel.
Hotel Pickup
The tour includes pickup from hotels in central Puno. For accommodations on the outskirts, please arrive by 6 am at Jiron Arequipa 666, corner of Arequipa and Puno. Pickup is not available from specific hotels such as GHL Lago Titicaca, Casa Andina Premium, and others located on the Uros Islands.
