Dolphin Spotting in the Strait of Magellan

On this activity, you'll have the chance to spot dolphins in the Strait of Magellan. Join us on a boat ride where you'll see acrobatic performances from these creatures.

Dolphin Spotting

At the specified time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Punta Arenas to start this dolphin spotting activity in the Strait of Magellan. Along our route, we'll share the history of this maritime passage that was discovered in 1520 during the expedition led by Hernando de Magallanes.

We'll head to the Bay of Agua Fresca, south of Punta Arenas. Upon arrival, we'll board a boat and start sailing through the icy waters of the Chilean Patagonia.

During the sailing, we'll have the opportunity to spot dolphins and admire how these intelligent animals swim and jump. You'll enjoy seeing them up close!

We'll also explore the banks of algae along the coast in the Strait of Magellan, which is home to a large variety of birds and fish.

After approximately 3 hours, we'll return you to your hotel.
