Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course takes place at Punta Rocas beach. A certified professional instructor will guide you through the necessary skills to ride the waves. Classes are divided into three experience levels: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

The session begins with stretching and warming up both in and out of the water. Then, participants will focus on basic movements and postures through exercises on the shore. The instructor will guide you on balancing on the board and catching waves.

After an hour and a quarter of surfing lesson, the group will return to the meeting point. If you have booked a multi-class course, you will continue with the next session.

Distribution of the lessons

When booking your surf course in Punta Hermosa, you can opt for a single lesson or multiple lessons. If you select 4, 8, or 12 lessons, you may divide them over 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months based on your preference.
