Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course in Punta Negra takes place at Punta Rocas beach, a key surfing location in Lima, ideal for learning to ride waves. A certified professional instructor will guide you in developing the skills needed to surf effectively. Classes are divided into three groups based on experience: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

Initially, the course includes stretching and warming up in and out of the water to prepare your muscles and reduce injury risk. Instruction covers basic movements and postures with exercises on the shore, helping you learn to balance on the board and catch waves.

After a 75-minute surfing lesson, participants will return to the meeting point. For those booking a multi-class course, the next session will be scheduled accordingly.

Distribution of the lessons

You can book a single surf lesson or multiple lessons as part of a package of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, which can be spread across 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months, based on your preference.
