Itinerary
After meeting your guide at Brahma Ghat at the scheduled time, you'll begin your walking tour of the waterside steps that surround Pushkar Lake. The city is notable for its numerous ghats, creating a uniquely beautiful sight.
During your guided tour, you'll visit several of these ghats, observing locals and pilgrims bathing, meditating and making offerings on the banks of the lake.
You'll visit the Brahma Temple, known for its colourful architecture and as the only shrine dedicated to the Hindu creator deity. The current temple was constructed in the 14th century, though references trace back to the 8th century, making it one of the oldest religious structures in Pushkar.
To conclude your walking tour, you'll return to the ghats to watch the sunset over the sacred lake.
