Spend an unforgettable day exploring the Qhapaq Ñan, an ancient Inca trail declared a World Heritage Site, on our hike through the Chilean Altiplano.
Qhapaq Ñan Inca Trail Hike
Between 7 and 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Putre and drive to the village of Socoroma in the region of Arica and Parinacota.
Upon arrival, we will begin our hike through a scenic valley in the Andean foothills.
The route will follow the Qhapaq Ñan, a trail recognized as a World Heritage Site for its historical and cultural significance. The hike will last between 6 and 7 hours, depending on the group's pace, including stops to admire the volcanic landscape.
A break will be taken at midday for a picnic lunch that includes sandwiches, nuts, chocolate, and natural juices. After lunch, we will continue exploring the natural areas along the Qhapaq Ñan Inca Trail.
We will then return to the starting point of the hike and take you back to your hotel in Putre, dropping you off between 4 and 5 pm.
