Spend an unforgettable day exploring the Qhapaq Ñan, an ancient Inca trail and a declared World Heritage Site, during our hike. You'll admire the scenery of the Chilean Altiplano.
Qhapaq Ñan Inca Trail Hike
Between 7 and 8 am, a pickup from your hotel in Putre will transport you to the village of Socoroma in the region of Arica and Parinacota.
Upon arrival, a hike will commence through one of northern Chile's Andean foothills' beautiful valleys.
The route will follow the Qhapaq Ñan, a World Heritage Site recognized for its historical and cultural significance. The hike will last between 6 and 7 hours, influenced by the group's pace, with several stops to enjoy volcanic views.
A break will be taken at midday for a picnic lunch consisting of sandwiches, nuts, chocolate, and natural juices. After lunch, you'll continue exploring the natural areas along the Qhapaq Ñan Inca Trail.
At the end of the hike, you will return to the starting point, with a drop-off at your hotel in Putre expected between 4 and 5 pm.
