On the evening of your activity, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and taken to a traditional theatre where you'll attend one of Vietnam's most emblematic cultural events: a water puppet show.

Through mime and music, the exquisitely-painted wooden puppets recreate traditional Vietnamese events and customs as they have done since the 11th century when farmers first began the tradition, performing on flooded rice paddies. You'll be captivated by the fascinating show and its vibrant colours.

After the show, you'll board a typical Vietnamese boat and set sail down the Saigon River for a peaceful evening cruise. While you take in the spectacular views of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline, you'll enjoy a different side of Vietnamese culture: its famed cuisine.

After an unforgettable evening's entertainment, the boat will return to the same dock and you'll be brought back to your hotel, about 4 hours and 30 minutes after the activity began.
