Get ready for a culinary adventure in Hanoi! We'll begin by picking you up from your hotel and heading over to a local market. Here, we'll immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere and select the freshest ingredients for our Vietnamese cooking class.
After gathering everything needed, we'll proceed to a cooking school where the culinary experience begins. Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed by the chef and enjoy a tasty drink. While sipping, we'll familiarize ourselves with the recipes we're about to prepare.
Using the chosen ingredients, we'll delve into the art of Vietnamese cuisine and create four dishes: banana flower salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, noodles with sweet and sour sauce, and flan. Dishes may vary seasonally based on ingredient availability.
After we complete our culinary creations, it's time for the much-awaited moment—feasting on our culinary masterpieces! We'll gather around the table to savor each dish. An open bar featuring local wine, water, and tea will be available during the meal.
With satisfied appetites and delighted taste buds, we'll conclude the cooking class. After approximately four and a half hours, we'll transport you back to your hotel, leaving you with lasting memories and culinary skills.
