My Son Temples Trip

Join us to discover the lost kingdom of Champa on this excursion to the My Son temples. We'll visit this important Hindu sanctuary located in Southeast Asia, a must if you're in Da Nang!

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang at the indicated time. There, we'll board a bus and head south towards the My Son temples. The trip will take approximately 2 hours.

Once there, we'll tour the My Son temples, also known as the "Angkor of Vietnam". We'll have the opportunity to visit the buildings of the Champa kingdom, established in the 3rd century in a valley surrounded by mountains, and watch the traditional Champa dance.

The shrines at My Son were initially constructed with wood but were reconstructed using brick after a fire in the 6th century. These temples became a significant Hindu sanctuary in Southeast Asia.

After touring, we'll stop at a traditional Vietnamese house for a Vietnamese lunch.

After 7 hours of sightseeing, we'll return to Da Nang by bus or boat, depending on your choice, and take you back to your hotel.

Sunset boat tour

You can choose the option that includes a sunset boat ride. In this case, we'll tour the My Son temples at 2:30 pm and see the traditional Apsara dance. You'll then take a boat ride back to admire the sunset.

Hotel pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels located in the center of Da Nang. If you're staying on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street or Hoang Sa Street, there will be an extra charge of 50000VND per person on the day of the activity.
