Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Da Nang. Before diving into the culinary experience, enjoy a brief sightseeing tour of popular local sights, including the stunning My Khe Beach and the iconic Dragon Bridge.
Next, we will visit the Bac My An Local Market, where you will explore various stalls in search of the freshest ingredients essential for our cooking session. Following this, we’ll head to an organic garden where you will gain insights into the cultivation of some of the region's most cherished fruits and vegetables. Finally, we’ll make our way to the venue for our cooking class.
Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you will learn to prepare four signature dishes of Vietnamese cuisine: cha gio (crispy fried spring rolls), banh xeo (savory Vietnamese pancakes), pho ga (chicken noodle soup), along with some traditional sweet soups. To conclude the meal, fresh fruit and tea will be provided as a delightful dessert.
After savoring the delicious dishes you have prepared, we will return you to your Da Nang hotel, completing this 4-hour culinary journey.
