On this trip to Arrowtown and Gibbston, we will explore the surroundings of Queenstown while enjoying a boat trip on Lake Wakatipu, famed for its stunning landscapes.

Queenstown Sightseeing Tour

At the designated time, our meeting point is at Camp Street. From there, we'll board a vehicle to journey through one of the most picturesque regions in the South Island of New Zealand.

Our first destination is Arrowtown, a quaint town accessed via a scenic route along the Shotover River, taking approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll have 30 minutes of free time to explore the streets, where many historic buildings from the late 19th century, dating back to the Otago Gold Rush, can be found.

Once we gather back in the vehicle, we'll continue to the Gibbston Valley, known for its vast vineyards. Our first stop will be Kawarau Bridge, where you'll be treated to stunning views of the river. This footbridge is particularly popular among bungee jumpers. Following this stop, we'll visit a local winery to enjoy a delightful aperitif, which includes a glass of wine accompanied by a New Zealand cheese board.

After the tasting, we will proceed to one of New Zealand's renowned lagoons to embark on a boat trip across Lake Wakatipu, celebrated as one of the most photographed lakes in the country, guaranteeing breathtaking scenery!

Our scenic sailing lasts for 30 minutes, after which we will return to the initial meeting point in Queenstown, concluding this enriching 4.5-hour activity.
