Queensland Skydiving

The Queenstown skydiving experience begins at the headquarters on Shotover Street, where participants check in, watch a video briefing, and prepare for the jump. The drop zone is a 20-minute journey to a private airstrip in a rural area. After a 15-minute scenic flight, participants will jump from the plane, experiencing the breathtaking views of the Wakatipu Basin.

Following an exhilarating freefall, enjoy a 4-5 minute parachute ride back to the drop zone. After landing safely, the activity concludes 3 hours after starting.

During booking, participants can choose from the following skydiving options:

9,000-foot skydive (25 seconds of freefall)12,000-foot skydive (45 seconds of freefall)15,000-foot skydive (60 seconds of freefall)

Requirements

Participants must weigh between 40 - 95 kg (88 - 210 pounds).
