Upon hotel pickup in Manuel Antonio, you'll travel to Isla Damas, crossing the countryside rich in bird species. You may spot herons, kingfishers, ospreys, among others.

Arriving at Damas Island, you'll board your kayak and navigate through the mangroves lining the riverbank. Following your guide, you'll paddle through natural bridges formed by overgrown branches and lush vegetation.

Following the kayak tour, a lunch of Costa Rican delicacies awaits you at a local restaurant for recharging, including rice, beans, salad, meats or fish paired with natural refreshments.
