After being picked up from your hotel in Manuel Antonio at the designated time, you will head towards the nearby town of Quepos, where your gastronomic journey begins at the local farmers market.

As you stroll through various food stalls, allow the vibrant colors, enticing aromas, and delicious tastes of fresh produce to captivate your senses. Under the guidance of your instructor, you will gather ingredients for the typical Costa Rican dishes that you will prepare during your cooking class.

Your next stop will be the small town of Londres, where you will select additional ingredients from an organic garden at a private ranch. After gathering your ingredients, you will settle into a private kitchen to learn how to prepare Costa Rica's most beloved recipes.

With the assistance of expert local chefs, you will learn to make corn tortillas, plantain ceviche, rice, and chicken in a hearty tomato sauce, among other delightful dishes. Make sure to take notes on the recipes provided so you can recreate these flavors at home! Once you've finished cooking, you will enjoy the delicious meal you have prepared.

After dining, enjoy free time to explore the farm and take a leisurely walk along the banks of the Naranjo River. Finally, your five-and-a-half-hour tour concludes with a return drop-off at your hotel.
