Embark on a hiking adventure in Rainmaker Conservation Park, where you'll traverse suspension bridges nestled in the jungle and encounter an array of butterflies, frogs, and birds. Fully engage with the wonderful sights and sounds of nature!

Tour Details

After collecting you from your accommodation, we will set off towards the Rainmaker Private Reserve, located 26 kilometers (16 miles) from Manuel Antonio. Lace up your hiking boots and join us in this enchanting exploration of the jungle and its vibrant wildlife!

The hiking path begins alongside the Seco River, immersing you in a lush tropical environment as we seek out birds, amphibians, and the striking Morpho butterflies. These dazzling blue butterflies are often seen fluttering throughout Rainmaker, adding splashes of color to the surroundings.

Next, we will reach the section of suspension bridges, interconnected by tree platforms. Traversing 250 meters (820 feet) across six bridges will provide an exhilarating experience. During the journey, you will also catch glimpses of stunning waterfalls before arriving at Rainmaker's natural pool, where we will take a moment to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters.

After relishing the beauty of the park, we’ll continue our hike to a 'soda tica', a local eatery, where a traditional Costa Rican lunch awaits you. This consists of a casado plate, which features gallo pinto—a delightful blend of rice and frijoles—accompanied by a salad. Enjoy it with your choice of protein: chicken in tomato sauce, beef steak, pork chop, or a fish fillet. A true culinary treat!

Finally, following this enriching 4-hour journey, we will return you to your hotel, concluding our memorable tour.
