Quero Horse Riding Tour

If you're in Quero, don't miss out on this horseback ride through Cruz de Mayo, San Antonio, and Rumipamba. You'll learn about legends from the Ecuadorian province of Tungurahua.

Description

We'll meet at 9:30 am in Quero Park. Then, we'll head to a ranch to begin the horseback riding tour around Cruz de Mayo, San Antonio, and Rumipamba. At the ranch, you'll receive the basic guidelines before mounting your horse. A snack break will be provided in a natural setting.

We will explore the communities of Cruz de Mayo, San Antonio, and Rumipamba, near the Hacienda Hipolongo, while discussing the daily activities of the Chagras, who are the farmers in the Ecuadorian Andes, primarily engaged in livestock farming.

The ride will continue through the scenic landscape surrounding Quero as we return to the hacienda. A typical lunch, including a starter, main course, and drink, will be served upon arrival. Guests may also use the hacienda’s facilities and explore at their leisure.

After seven hours, we'll return to the meeting point in Quero to conclude the tour.
