Birdwatching Activity in Tandayapa

At 7:30 am, we'll pick you up from the Tribuna de los Shyris in Quito and set off to Tandayapa, an area in the northwest with cloud forests for birdwatching.

Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a refreshing fruit drink before going on a walk to see various birds. We aim to spot species such as white-throated quails, strong-billed nuthatches, brown finches, and red-crowned warblers.

Participants will learn about each species, their behaviors, and peculiar mating rituals. The area is known to host up to 20 different species of hummingbirds.

After our walk, we'll have a traditional lunch that includes a starter, main course, dessert, and water.

We will then return to the pickup point in Quito, arriving at 5:30 pm.
