With this excursion to the Cruz Loma station of the Quito Cable Car (TelefériQo), we will enjoy views of the city and connect with nature.
Cruz Loma + Cable Car Tour
At the designated time, we will meet at the entrance to the Quito Cable Car to board the funicular to the Cruz Loma station, located at almost 4,000 m (13123.36 ft) on the slopes of the Rucu Pichincha volcano.
From here, we will have views of the mountains and hills of the Pichinchas massif. We will go on a short walk to the "swing in the clouds", which offers opportunities for photography. This activity is for the adventurous.
We will also explore the Bear Cave, surrounded by vegetation, where you can enjoy a picnic-style lunch. If time permits, you can climb to the summit of Rucu Pichincha.
Before returning to Quito, we will visit stores in Cruz Loma for souvenirs and local crafts. The total duration of the tour is 7 hours.
