Bike Tour of Calacalí & Nono

The bike tour starts at 8:30 am at the Tribuna de los Shyris in Quito, heading towards Calacalí. The route includes a 10.5-mile Andean Crossing with varied terrain and stunning views. Riders will pass through trails rich in flora like orchids and ferns, as well as cloud forests and farms. A stop at a viewpoint offers a chance to enjoy a sandwich and a drink while taking in the Pichincha Volcano.

Afterwards, the tour continues to the historic town of Nono, founded by the Jesuits in the 17th century. Here, visitors can explore a colonial-era church before returning to Calacalí to conclude the tour. The return to Quito is scheduled for 6:30 pm.
