South Iceland Quad Bike Tour

Join the South Iceland Quad Bike Tour to explore stunning landscapes, including black sandy beaches, volcanoes, and an abandoned plane. We meet at the base camp of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier at your chosen time. After assembling, participants will put on thermal clothing and listen to an instructor's driving guidelines.

Once prepared, we will ride along Iceland's southern coast, navigating small rivers and streams on our way to the renowned black sandy beaches near the Katla volcano.

Next, we will visit Sólheimasandur Beach, known for the abandoned plane wreck. A break will provide an opportunity to discuss the history of the crash.

Afterward, we will continue along the south coast toward the Dyrhólaey cliffs and cross the Jökulsá River to view Mount Heiðarhorn. The return journey to the base camp in Vík will take 1 hour from the time of departure.
